Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026 • Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, India

1. Explicit Declaration of Limited Agency

FinalDemand.org ("the Platform") is a B2B and B2C Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) utility and logistics vendor. We are not a law firm. We do not employ attorneys, nor do we provide legal advice, legal strategy, or dispute resolution services. By utilizing this Platform, you agree that you are representing yourself (Pro-Se) and that no attorney-client relationship is established at any time.

2. Nature of the Service

The Platform provides an automated digital infrastructure to format user-provided data into a structured statutory demand dossier. Upon payment of the execution fee, the Platform acts as a limited postal agent to:

  • Digitally compile the facts of your dispute into a formal document.
  • Print and affix a procedural formatting stamp to the physical document.
  • Dispatch the physical document to the target entity via India Speed Post.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Integrity

By submitting a docket through our intake modal, you explicitly swear and affirm that:

  • The financial claims and facts of the dispute provided are completely accurate and truthful.
  • You hold the legal right to demand the stated financial restitution.
  • You will not use the Platform to harass, extort, or send frivolous demands.

The Platform does not verify the accuracy of the claims submitted. The sole liability for the contents of the dispatched notice rests entirely with the user.

4. Financial Terms & Execution Fees

Users are charged a flat execution fee of INR 499 per statutory protocol. This fee covers software utilization, server hosting, physical printing materials, and India Speed Post logistical tariffs. Because the service (formatting and postal initiation) is rendered immediately upon system processing, all execution fees are strictly non-refundable once the payment is captured by our gateway.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FinalDemand.org and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our logistics infrastructure. We do not guarantee debt recovery, a response from the opposing party, or the legal enforceability of the formatted document in a court of law. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by India Post or incorrect address data provided by the user.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

By submitting a payment, you legally bind yourself to these terms.
