Notice of No Attorney-Client Privilege

Because FinalDemand.org operates strictly as a document formatting utility and postal logistics vendor, the information you submit is not protected by attorney-client privilege. However, we employ strict, commercial-grade cryptographic standards to ensure your dispute data remains strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of executing your statutory demand.

1. Data Collection Framework

To successfully format and dispatch your physical notice, we collect the following data vectors during the intake process:

  • Identifiable Information: The names and addresses of both the claiming party and the target entity.
  • Dispute Facts: The financial amounts, transaction histories, and factual summaries provided in the text intake fields.
  • System Metadata: Your originating IP address, browser type, and timestamp of submission, utilized strictly for fraud prevention and legal logging.

2. Financial Data Processing

FinalDemand.org does not natively store, process, or retain your credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials. All execution fee transactions are routed through our secure, RBI-compliant payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We only retain the resulting unique Transaction ID to verify payment before initiating physical dispatch.

3. Third-Party Vendor Integration

We strictly limit data sharing to the essential logistical vendors required to fulfill your software and printing execution:

  • India Speed Post: The printed dossier, containing your name, the target's name, and the dispute facts, is handed over to the Indian Postal Service for physical delivery.
  • Server Infrastructure: Data is stored on secure, encrypted database servers to allow our administrative desk to process the print queue.

We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal data or dispute facts to marketing agencies or third-party data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Purging

Dispute data is retained in our secure ledger for a period of 12 months to allow users to request duplicate tracking numbers or digital PDF copies of their dispatched notices. Following this period, the dispute facts are systematically purged from our active databases, retaining only basic transaction logs for internal tax and auditing compliance.

5. Compliance & Law Enforcement

We reserve the right to disclose stored information if compelled by a valid subpoena, court order, or formal request from recognized Indian law enforcement agencies investigating fraudulent use of the postal system or extortion.
